Annual Termite Service Contracts are a fundamental part of CApest.net. Properties can be viewed individually or by month. New Customer Letters, Renewal Letters, Service Orders, Invoicing, and Scheduling are included in this application. Letters and Service Orders can be batch printed by month.

As you complete the Inspection Report, you have the ability to flag the property for a future Termite Service Contract (TSC). All new TSC customers receive a letter from you, offering the annual contract. An anniversary date for this customer is set up in the database, and scheduled for service.

Separate scheduling is included in CApest.net, or you can schedule these appointments with your initial termite inspections.
